Wills, Estates and Powers of Attorney

It's amazing how many people believe that if you don't have a Will the state takes all your money.  Given how many people believe this fallacy, it's even more amazing the number of people who do not have Wills.  If you do not have a will, your valuable assets may not be distributed to the people you had hoped they would be, moreover you might find that your estate goes to people you did not want to benefit.  Moreover if you do not have Powers of Attorney and find yourself incapacitated, you might find your affairs being managed by somebody you don't trust, or worse don't know.  Your family and your valuable assets are worth protecting, if you don't have a Will and Powers of Attorney and you own your own home, or have children, perhaps it's time you consulted our expert staff.
