Family Lawyer

B.A. LL.B
Megan was admitted to practice in 2001 after completing her degree at Monash University. She has spent her entire career working in the family law jurisdiction, beginning with volunteering in Community Legal Services while at university before completing her Articles and moving into private practice. During this time Megan has gained experience in a wide range of family law issues, including the less common areas such as disputes over child support, or spousal maintenance applications. While she is comfortable in all aspects of family law, whether they be children or financial related, Megan is never happier than when she is dealing with complex property disputes involving detailed corporate and trust structures or concern surrounding non disclosure and hidden assets.
